On the App Store for iPhone, and a direct download for Windows, Linux, macOS and Android — a folder you unpack and run, no installer. Google Play is on the way. Online play needs everyone on the same version.

What's in it

  • 48 national teams

Six zones, every squad with its own painted kits and a flag — pick a side and it plays like one.

  • Online 1v1

Random matchmaking finds you an opponent in seconds. Choose your team, then play — and a network blip costs seconds, not the match.

  • Penalty shootouts

The camera drops in behind the kicker. Aim, set the power, then read the keeper — or be the keeper.

  • Cross-platform play

Phone against PC, PC against phone — the same match, the same teams, everywhere.

  • Quick matches

Two minutes or twenty-five. Pick the length, set the CPU from Easy to Hard, and kick off.

  • Goal replays

The moment the ball crosses the line, a cinematic camera plays the run-up back from a better angle.

Add your team

GoalKick's 48 teams are community-editable. If a country or club you care about is missing — or its kit is wrong — you can add or fix it and open a pull request. Approved teams are merged and ship in the next release of the game. No coding, and no building the game.

  1. 1 · Get the editor

Download the GoalKick Editor from the releases page — Windows, Linux and macOS (Apple silicon). It is a standalone app — no Python, no install.

  2. 2 · Design the team

Set the name, colours, two kits, a crest and (for a nation) a flag, and a squad. The editor draws the shirts, paints flags, and can generate a squad you then tune. Each team is one small folder.

  3. 3 · Open a pull request

Drop your team folder into the public repository and open a PR. A maintainer reviews it; once merged it lands in the next download.

Please keep it legal. Draw your own crests and flags — do not upload copyrighted club badges, sponsor logos or official kit designs. National flag designs are free to redraw; a real club's badge is not. The contribution guide has the details.
